3M 4279+ filter half mask with ABEK1P3 filters

The 3M 4279+ ABEK1P3 half face mask is the new facial respirator with integrated filters, developed by 3M thanks to its experience for over 100 years in the production of high performance personal protective equipment, able to protect the respiratory tract of the worker from particulates, gases, organic and inorganic vapors with a boiling point above 65 ° C, acids and ammonia.

When working in environments in contact with substances harmful to health, it is essential to use the right devices, which is why 3M wanted to design a line of half masks that are not only safe, but also extremely comfortable to facilitate and promote their use even during sessions of longer and more demanding work.

Its compact structure in soft hypoallergenic material offers a wide field of view even with the use of other 3M devices such as protective headphones and goggles, while its light and balanced design is best suited to any facial conformation.

The important novelty of the half mask is the larger exhalation valve than the common ones which reduces breathing resistance by more than 30% and supports the user's breathing in a natural and comfortable way.

The integrated filters with Class ABEK1P3 far exceed the minimum requirements, ensuring a minimum filtering efficiency of 99.95%. To extend the life of the respirator, 3M decided to include an additional Extra 400+ prefilter, which can keep the filters clean and trap larger harmful particles in advance before they clog the filters.

The 3M 4279+ ABEK1P3 half mask is made in one size with adjustable elastics for a comfortable and secure fit, provided with resealable packaging to allow correct storage of the respirator when not in use.
