1. ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL SELLING CONDITIONS.
1.1 - The Contract drawn up from Tpc Group S.r.l. and the Customer is to be considered concluded with the acceptance, full or partial, of the order, on behalf of Tpc Group S.r.l. This acceptance is to be considered tacit, unless differently communicated to the Customer with every kind of formality. By submitting an order following the different provided formalities, the Customer declares that he/she has previously examined and accepted all the indications provided during the selling stages and that he/she totally accepts the general conditions of payment.
1.2 - If the Customer is a private buyer (a natural person who buys goods for goals which are not ascribable to his/her professional activity), once ended the online purchase procedure, he/she shall take charge of printing, saving an electronic copy or keeping the general conditions of sale, in observance with the articles 50 et seq. of D.Lgs. 206/05.
1.3 - Every right of the Customer to compensation of damage or indemnity is excluded, together with every contractual or extra-contractual responsibility for direct or indirect damages to persons or property, caused by the non-acceptance, fully or partial, of an order.
1.4 - Tpc Group S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel an order in view of the restitution of the amount due by the Customer, caused by the non-availability of the good or by other reasons, also occurred later, after the payment.
2. METHOD OF PURCHASE
2.1 - The Customer can only buy the goods contained in the online catalogue of the website lineonline.co.uk at the moment of the forwarding of the order, as described in their respective technical and information card, except for ameliorative modifications of the producer. It is indisputable that the picture enclosed to the descriptive card of a product can not be perfectly identical in some of its characteristics and differ in colour, dimensions, attachments or accessories depicted in the photography because it simply represents the class or the family of the product. All the information which support the purchase (Glossary, Guides, etc…) have to be considered as purely informative and generic material, non-referring to the real characteristics of a single product.
2.2 - The reception of the order is confirmed by Tpc Group S.r.l. through an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer. This confirmation message will report the Date and the Time of the order and a Number, which will have to be used in every possible communication with Tpc Group S.r.l.. The message reports the data inserted by the Customer, who shall control the correctness and opportunely communicate possible corrections, using every suitable mean.
2.3 - In case of non-acceptance of the order, Tpc Group S.r.l. will have the duty to communicate it to the Customer.
3. METHOD OF PAYMENT
3.1 - Payments through PayPal: in case of purchase through PayPal, contextually with the end of the online transaction, PayPal will charge immediately the amount of money due.
4. METHODS AND COSTS OF DELIVERY
4.1 - Tpc Group S.r.l. can only accept orders from Italian and European Community countries, San Marino and Vatican City. A price increase, explicitly indicated before the payment, is necessary for remote locations, minor islands, Livigno and Campione d’Italia.
4.2 - For every order on lineonline.co.uk, Tpc Group S.r.l. issues an immediate invoice or a sales receipt of the material sent. The data related n the sales receipt will be the ones indicated by the Customer at the moment of the order. After the issue of the invoice, it will not be possible to make variations of it.
4.3 - Delivery costs, if present, are carriage forward and are specified at the moment of the purchase. No further costs on the total amount are due by the Customer.
4.4 - No responsibility can be ascribed to Tpc Group S.r.l. in case of delay in the fulfillment of the order or in the delivery of the courier.
4.5 - The delivery of the order is to street level unless:
- differently communicated to our Customer Service,
- it is required in the Technical Card of our product.
At the moment of the delivery, the Customer has to control:
- that the number of packages is the same as indicated on the order confirmation and in any other following communications,
- that the packing is intact, non-damaged, non-wet and non-altered, especially in closing material (adhesive tape and pallet straps).
Possible damages to the packing, to the product or the non-conformity of the number of packages or of possible indications, must be immediately notified, putting the lettering GOODS UNCHECKED (specifying accurately the reason, ex. “broken packing”, “crushed packing”, “open package”) on the courier’s delivery coupon. Once signed the document, it will not be possible to put forward any protest about the external characteristics of the material.
Possible problems on the physical integrity, the correspondence, the completeness and the correctness of received products must be signalled within 3 days after the delivery, following the modalities indicated in this document.

4.6 - If the purchased goods are not collected from the couriers warehousing within 3 days because of the repeated impossibility to deliver them at the address indicated in the payment form at the moment of the purchase, the material will be returned to Tpc Group S.r.l.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 - In observance with the articles 64 et seq. of the D.Lgs. 206/05, if the Customer is a consumer (a natural person who buys goods for goals which are not ascribable to his/her professional activity, and does not buy goods indicating a VAT number), he/she has the right to withdraw a purchase contract for any reason, without giving explanations and without fines.
5.2 - To exercise this right the Customer will have to contact, within 30 working days since the date of goods delivery, the lineonline.co.uk Customer Service, sending a communication through recorded-delivery letter with advice of receipt, specifying that he/she wants to avail him/her- self of the right of withdrawal, to:

The responsible of Tpc Group S.r.l. Customer Service will fix an appointment for a new delivery to the Customer’s domicile from a courier which enjoys an agreement with Tpc Group S.r.l.. Within 30 days since the return of the goods (during which the integrity of the material and the functionality of the product and of the packing will be controlled) Media Shopping S.p.a. will re-credit the sum total after verifying the integrity of the material and keeping the amount of shipping charges paid for the return. The re-credit will occur through bank transfer; the Customer will have to communicate immediately his/her bank details. The goods will have to be returned intact and functional, complete in all its parts and in the original packing or envelope, guarded in absolute absence of use and dirt.
5.3 -The right of withdrawal is submitted to these conditions:
- it is applied to the purchased goods in their entirety ; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on a part of the product only
- it cannot be applied: (i) to audiovisual products or sealed information technology softwares (including the ones attached to hardware material), once opened; (ii) to made-to-measure products or clearly personalized.
- the purchased good will have to be intact and sent back in its original packaging, complete of all its parts (packing and accessory documentations included); it is to avoid the apposition of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.
- the shipping and the entirety of the material is under the responsibility of the Customer until its arrival to our warehouse;
- after the arrival, the product will be examined to judge any damage, alteration or missing parts non-ascribable to the transportation. Whether the packaging and/or the packing will prove to be ruined, Tpc Group S.r.l. will be allowed to keep a percentage from the refund (10% of it at maximum), as contribution to refurbishment costs.
5.4 - The right of withdrawal completely lapses without the essential condition of entirety (packaging – good) if Tpc Group S.r.l. ascertains :
- the unconventional employment of the product, which have caused the wear or collapse of the product or of possible consumption materials;
- the absence of the external packaging, of the inner packing or of part of it;
- the absence of completing elements, originally attached to the product;
- the damaging of the product non-aroused from transportation.
In case of lapse of the right of withdrawal, the goods will be stored in the registered address of Tpc Group S.r.l., at the Customer’s disposal for its collection at his/her expenses.
All the products sold from Tpc Group S.r.l. are under the warranty of the producer and a 24 months warranty for a lack of conformity, in observance with the D.Leg. 206/05. To enjoy of warranty assistance, the Customer will have to keep the sales receipt.
6.1 - The 24 months warranty, in observance with the D.Lgs 206/05 is applied to a product showing a lack in conformity, provided that the same good has been used properly, with respect of its function as described in its attached documentation. The warranty is an exclusive for the private consumer (a natural person who buys goods for goals which are not ascribable to his/her professional activity and does not buy goods indicating a VAT number). If the product shows a lack in conformity, Tpc Group S.r.l. suggests, without any cost for the Customer, one or more Help Centers for the fixing.
6.2 - The fixing time (or the time for replacement) of the product depends exclusively on the producer's policy and of the Partner Help Center and no compensation can be required to Tpc Group S.r.l. for possible delays in fixing or replacement.
6.3 - When the warranty foresees the restitution of the product, the Customer will have to give back it in the original packaging, complete of all of its parts (including packing, possible further documentation, optional equipment like manuals, cables, etc..); to avoid damaging the original packaging, we suggest you to use a further packaging.
7. Communications and Processing of Personal Data
In observance with the D.Lgs 196/03 (which regulate the protection of people as far as the processing of their personal data is concerned, Tpc Group S.r.l., as the holder of that processing, must supply some information about the utilization of those personal data.
7.1 - By accepting the General conditions of purchase, the Customer also accept the processing of personal data, in observance with the current legislation.
7.2 - By accepting the General conditions of purchase, the Customer also accept to receive the communication of commercial offers through Newsletter or ordinary mail by Tpc Group S.r.l.. It is possible for the Customer to delete or unregister himself from the Newsletter at any moment, by communicating it to the mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
7.3 - Personal Data will be processed by instruments qualified to grant the safety and the confidentiality of data and they will be mainly processed with computerized instruments and stored both in information technology supports and in paper supports, but also on any other kind of suitable support. Personal data will be processed on the full compliance of the modalities described in the D.Lgs 196/03, which foresees, by the way, that the same data must be:
- processed in a licit way and fairly;
- gathered and registered for precise, explicit and legitimate goals;
- exact and, if necessary, up-to-date;
- relevant, complete and non-exceeding in respect to the formalities of the processing.
The processing of data is carried out by the responsible and the officers previously appointed on the strength of art. 29 and 30, which act under the responsibility of the holder.
