1. ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 - The contract stipulated between Tpc Group S.r.l. and the Customer is to be considered concluded with the partial or full acceptance of the order by Tpc Group S.r.l. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any manner to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read and accepted all the information provided to him in the various stages of the & rsquo; purchase, and to fully accept the terms and conditions of payment.
1.2 - If the Customer is a private consumer (ie a physical person who buys the goods for purposes not attributable to his professional activity), the procedure for purchase online, will print or save an electronic copy and otherwise keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Articles. 50 and ss of Legislative Decree 206/05.
1.3 - The Client's right to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any liability whatsoever; contractual or non-contractual for direct or indirect damage to people and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, total or partial of an order and for any improper use of the products purchased. 1.4 - Tpc Group S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel an order, in return for the refund of the amount paid by the buyer, due to lack of availability of the material or for other reasons even in stages subsequent to payment. Furthermore, any claim for compensation for the non-availability of products is excluded. The buyer will be entitled to a refund of the total paid or will have a credit of the same amount for the choice of alternative products.
1.5 - Tpc Group Srl is in possession of all the products for which the immediate availability is expressly indicated. All other products, for which the days necessary for shipping are estimated, are ordered from the respective suppliers upon acceptance of the order. The customer acknowledges that the expected shipping date is purely indicative and does not prevail in the relationship with the customer and third parties, therefore Tpc Group srl is not liable for delays caused by the lack of availability by the supplier or for any delay not directly attributable to Tpc group Srl. If for reasons of force majeure it is not possible to complete the order even after the indicated times, at the request of the customer Tpc Group Srl will immediately refund the payment and cancel the order. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer agrees to request tpc group srl to provide the data necessary to make the transfer of the payment cancellation.
1.6 - Tpc Group S.r.l. is not liable for damages caused during transport by the carrier, the sole responsible for the goods transported. Any request for replacement, return or cancellation for this type of damage can be submitted only if at the time of delivery any damage to the packaging has been notified to the courier through the "signature with reservation". Any replacement of the product will be performed only after all the checks carried out upon return of the defective product, no later than 14 working days (subject to availability of the substitute).
3. PAYMENT METHODS

Tpc Group S.r.l. may retain this information only in case of explicit request and consent of the customer: Tpc Group S.r.l. guarantees that these are stored according to certified security standards and that they are always displayed in masked mode.
4. DELIVERY METHODS AND EXPENSES
4.1 – Tpc Group S.r.l. can accept orders only with delivery in Italian territory and European community, San Marino and Vatican City. For disadvantaged places, smaller islands, Livigno and Campione d'Italia, there will be surcharges which will be expressly indicated before payment of the order.
4.2 - The sales made on www.lineonline.co.uk are similar to mail-order sales and therefore without the obligation to invoice as provided for in Article 22 of the Italian Ministerial Decree. n. 633 of 1972, and without the obligation to issue a sales receipt as provided for in article 2, letter oo) of the Italian Ministerial Decree December 21, 1996, n. 696. Upon delivery of the purchased products, the Customer is obliged to check::
- that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the order confirmation and in any other subsequent communication
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or in any case not altered, also and above all in the closing materials (adhesive tape or strapping).
Any damage to the packaging, the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or any indications, must be immediately challenged, affixing the word RESERVE OF WRITTEN CONTROL (accurately specifying the reason of the reserve, eg "packaging laundry", "packaging crushed "," open package ") on the courier delivery note. After the second unsuccessful withdrawal attempt, Tpc Group S.r.l. reserves the right to request the shipment of the products to the customer, who will fully bear the costs, under penalty of cancellation of the request for return.
- For products that the customer intends to make and not belonging to the "Safety footwear" or "Workwear" goods categories, the customer will fully bear the costs for returning the products to the warehouses of Tpc Group srl, under penalty of cancellation of the request for return.
- In any case for products delivered in countries other than Italy and for which the customer has expressed a willingness to initiate a return procedure, the procedures and costs necessary for the return of the products to the warehouses of Tpc Group s.r.l. must be agreed before the operation is carried out.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 - Pursuant to articles 64 e ss of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (ie a physical person who makes purchases for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference of the Game VAT), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.

5.4 - The right of withdrawal is lost in full, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging - content), in cases where Tpc Group S.r.l. finds:
- the unconventional use of the good that caused the wear and tear of the good, or the use of any consumables;
- the lack of external packaging, the original internal packaging or part of it;
- the absence of integral elements originally attached to the product;
- damage to the product due to causes other than transport.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will be made available to the customer for collection at your expense at the headquarters of Tpc Group S.r.l..
All products sold by Tpc Group S.r.l. they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and the 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. To use the warranty, the customer must keep the receipt.
6.1 - The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used in a compliant manner, respecting its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation attached. This guarantee is reserved to the private consumer (a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the order form a reference of VAT number). In case of lack of conformity, Tpc Group S.r.l .. provides, without expenses for the customer, to indicate one or more assistance centers for the repair of the discrepancy.
6.3 - The times of repair or possible replacement of the product depend exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer and the associated assistance center and no damage can be requested to Tpc Group S.r.l. for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
6.4 - In cases where the specifications of the warranty provide for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc .. .); to limit damage to the original package, we recommend the use in the packaging phase of a second package.
7. Communications and processing of personal data
