    From the delivery date, you have 30 days to notify us and return your order. If you wish to return any product, simply choose a courier service and deliver the product along with the address information.

    Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who can choose their preferred courier. Return instructions are included within the package. The refund will be processed within 10 days of receiving the merchandise.

    In any case, the refund will be completed within 10 days and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to replace the returned product with another, simply place a new order. You can decide whether to pay immediately or wait for the refund.

  • How does it work?

    1. LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT Request made online
      • Go on and at the top right click on the item Account and log in with your email address and the password you chose when you registered (or when you placed your order).
      • From your account you can start the return process by clicking on the item REQUEST FOR RETURN(RMA) that you find on the left column of the page and finally selecting New Return.
      • Indicate the order for which you wish to request the return, check the items you want to send back and tell us in the text field below a date in which you want to send the package (for shoes or clothing at least two working days from the moment you request a return) .
      • If you have paid your order on delivery or by bank transfer, you will also need to inform us of an IBAN with the relevant account holder, on which you will receive a refund.
      • Once we have authorized the return, the request will be APPROVED and you will be sent an email.
    2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE AND PACKAGING ITEMS How to prepare the package
      • Remember that we only accept new products , not have been used and not reporting scratches , dirt , labels removed or damaged packaging .
      • Inside the package with which you received the products find the sticker label LABEL RETURN (If you found it you can skip the next 3 points).
      • Back in the list of your returns and select SEE REQUEST next to the return requested by you.
      • Press the button Print label that you find at the top of the summary page of the return and print what will be proposed to you.
      • Keep the first printed page aside and insert the others inside the package.
      • Packs the items to be returned, using the criteria of ordinary diligence, (the products delivered on pallets will be returned on pallets, the integrity of the original packaging must be preserved, etc ...) close the package that you will make and make sure it is properly sealed.
      • Paste the adhesive label (or the first page that was printed at the previous points showing the sender and recipient) outside the package.
    3. SHIPMENT OF THE RETURN Courier collection
      • You can contact the courier that more you prefer, you will have to make sure that the products and their packages, reach their destination in good condition.
    4. GET THE REFUND Reimbursement of money
      • Within 10 days from when we receive your package and after verifying the good condition of the content, we will proceed to refund the returned items.
      • If, on the other hand, the returned item is not compliant with the relocation, the return will be refused, the motivation will be communicated to you and the package will be sent back to you.
